These little ones will make everybody happy. They do not actually fit in a category, cause you can eat them at all times. They make a perfect breakfast, a snack, a treat, you can eat them before sports or after and you have a perfect little meal for your kids they can take to school with them.
I made the jam myself, cause I like to know what I am eating and its very easy and fun to do.

The recipe for the jam, which makes about 500ml:

150 g of raspberries od any other berry
250 ml of water
2 tablespoons of rice syrup or other sweetener
2 tablespoons Chia
mix everything in till its smooth. Cook it on little temperature till it starts to make little bubbles. Go down with the temperature for a bit an stir it for some more minutes till it gets thicker.


2 cups of gluten free rolled oats
1 cup mushed very ripe banana
3 tablespoons of chia seeds or ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon cinnamon
a pinch of a good seasalt

Preheat the oven to 180 C Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, add the oats and pulse until the oats are coarsely chopped.
Transfer the oats to a large bowl. Add everything and stir to combine. The mixture should be wet and dense.
Make the mixture into reasonable balls and press your thumb into the center to create a well. Fill each well with a teaspoon of your preferred jam.
Bake the cookies for 11 till 13 minutes until they are slightly firm but still soft. It goes well with some peanut butter but hey, what doesn’t go well with peanut butter? Put your cookies in an airtight container. They will last for some days in the fridge. Enjoy.


Healthy, vegan and easy to make chocolate fudge. I love simple treats which work for breakfast, before sport or just because. I try to use as less “sugar” as possible. Usually I use rice syrup which is easier on your liver and does not contain any fructose. Sometimes I also use a very high standard maple syrup because of its benefits.






To the recipe (I always use only organic and fair trade products. Its all about the responsibility as a customer. So choose wisely which products you are going to buy. I also use only high standard foods, which are usually raw and not processed. So you get all the benefits which they contain by itself already.)


To the recipe:

100 g coconutoil or cocoabutter

about 80 g not refined cocoa powder

150 g almondbutter

80g of maple syrup or any other sweetener

1 pinch of salt

mix everything till its combined well. Put it in a form, top it with anything you like (a good salt, peanut butter, pepper, berries…) and leave it in the fridge for a while till it hardens. Than its time for pure happiness.
